With over 25 years of dedicated experience in Human Resources and Talent Development, I am a seasoned HR professional known for my strategic acumen and practical approach to problem-solving. I have been instrumental in stabilizing HR functions and initiating process improvements to enhance efficiency. My innovative strategies have streamlined hiring processes, reduced paperwork, and fostered a culture-focused approach to talent management.
